Temper For You was an AMAZING STORY that centers on Meg and Wes, whom you've previously already met in the "For You" series.
Meg Adeio
is a literally one of those conundrums shrouded in an epitome of secrets. She wants no outside commitments and keeps everyone in the dark about her gritty past- a past of which holds such deep shame and feelings of unworthiness for Meg that she is adamant to not jeopardize nor contaminate the people she loves with the filth of it.
“I am an apple, like in Snow White. I’m poison, ruined…rotten! The evil king dipped me in his cauldron of filth and contaminated me. Now everyone that comes near me is in danger of being infected-or worse, killed.”
What is she hiding? Who exactly is she running from? What deadly consequences has she unleashed?
And what could this mean for Westly “Wes” Black, the man who Meg can't seem to forget?
So now, Westly.
Westly "Wes" Black
is a man known for getting what he wants and what he wants is Meg. He’s kind of the anti-hero of this story when we first meet him, as he was initially the “douchebag lawyer” who represented the culprit behind the Hensely University attacks and murders.
HOWEVER, as you learn more about him you realize he's clearly misunderstood and that there’s more to him than meets the eye.
“He was the antithesis of every man I’d ever met- good or bad. A rare breed that was content to play the antihero while hiding a river of nobility so pure it cleansed his soul of the filth that surrounded him.”
You see... Wes, too, has an ugly past of his own which has left him scarred in the inside and avoidant to let anyone close to him.
But, as you can guess, this all changes after he meets and spends time with Meg and Wes finds himself not only opens himself up to Meg...but also falling in love with her!
This thus leads to many trials and tribulations for Wes and Meg, as Wes truly has to fight tooth and nail to break down Meg’s barriers and unveil her secrets, while also trying to convince her to let him into her heart as well.
What will become of these two? And when all is said and done, will it be enough for Meg to stay? Or will Meg's inner hindrances and dilemmas tear them apart? Read and you will find out!
